What you can expect
CSSC is a well equipped club where a warm and friendly welcome is guaranteed. We have a large capacity, and so you can usually find a quiet corner if you’d rather not be in the thick of it.
Outside we have a patio area with picnic bench style seating, and inside there is free Wi-Fi. Another perk to members is that the Club can be used for your own functions – such as birthday parties or other family occassions.
We have plenty of exciting new things in the pipeline, but currently CSSC Members benefit from…
Quality Drinks & Nibbles
Our experienced Bar Manager, keeps a very well stocked bar, offering a range of lagers, real ales, ciders, wines and spirits. Non-drinkers aren’t forgotten as we also offer a good range of non-alcohol options and soft drinks to cater to all tastes.
As you’d expect, we also have a range of bar snacks: crisps, nuts, sweets and chocolate.
And, remember, as a Members club our bar prices are way below pub prices!
Live Televised Events
Whether it’s Football, Rugby, Cricket or Formula One that floats your boat, we’ll be showing all of the unmissable events from SKY Sports, TNT Sports (BT Sports) and free-view!
Sports
We have a full size snooker table, pool tables and darts boards. There’s table tennis and skittles too if you feel like getting a bit active!
We have both Pool and Darts teams which compete in local leagues – keep an eye on the latest news to find out how we’re doing.
Entertainment & Events
We regularly arrange entertainment and events to appeal to all of our members be they old or young, sporty or not.
We hold regular themed nights, live music and pub-style quizzes. If there is a particular type of entertainment or event you’d be interested in seeing at the club please do let us know – we’ll always do our best to pull something out the bag! We also run regular competitions for members and we also have a weekly meat raffle.
We’ve also got a range of games and activities to keep the children occupied, and a jukebox so you can get your groove on to your own choice of music.
